About the Position

Do you want to be a key person in a global company's finance function? Ikett Personalpartner is now looking for a finance assistant for one of our clients in Finspång!

In this role, you will work with orders, invoices, and reconciliations within the Real Estate department. Here you will have the chance to help create structure and quality in daily financial operations while developing in an international environment.

As a finance assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial flows within the department. Your main tasks include:

• Posting and payment of supplier invoices.
• Ongoing reconciliations between invoices and related agreements.
• Support in monthly closing with documentation and reconciliations.
• Review of income statements and balance sheets, as well as follow-up on discrepancies.
• Administration of purchase requests and purchase orders according to company guidelines.
• Participation in improvement work and development of routines.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours with a start date to be agreed upon.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education in finance or equivalent education.
• Has at least 2-3 years of experience working in a finance department.
• Is meticulous, structured, and accustomed to working independently.
• Has good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with SAP.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience in purchasing and working with contracts is an advantage.
